• Replacement of Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel tubes & bends
• Bending of Tubes as per degree and HRSG Existing Design requirements

• Compliance with ASME Section I / VIII, TEMA, and client-specific requirements
• Expertise in working with P11, P22, P91 materials

1. Site Inspection & Assessment

• Visual, thickness, and NDT evaluations
•  Identification of damaged tubes and areas requiring repair or replacement

2. Planning & Engineering

• Custom fabrication drawings if required
•  Material procurement or use of client-provided stock
• Job safety analysis (JSA) and method statements

3. Execution

•  Removal of damaged tubes and bends using cold or hot cutting methods
• Bending of tubes as per site requirements
•  Precision fit-up and welding with approved WPS & PQR
•  Execution of PWHT where applicable
•  Hydrotesting at specified pressures (typically 1.5 times the design pressure)

4. Quality Assurance

• 100% RT or other NDE as per code and client requirements
• Dimensional, visual, and pressure test compliance
• Final handover with complete QA/QC documentation package
