Inspection of steam lines supports and hangers is required to perform to check the overall condition and
integrity of supports and hangers.
Following will be the scope of work/ deliverables of the contractor:
- Inspection of all supports and hangers.
- Measurement of movement of supports and hangers (Accessible & Inaccessible) in cold and hot state condition.
- Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) of hangers & supports.
- Repair and maintenance of supports & hangers wherever required.
- Comprehensive report supports integrity and inspection.
List of all supports and hangers is attached here and sample drawings of supports. Further drawings of support and hangers will be provided at site during visit and work execution
